Conmat Heavy Industries Private Limited (CHIPL), formerly known as KYB Conmat Private Limited, is a leading manufacturer of concrete equipment in India and a prominent player in the global construction equipment sector, engaged in Design, Development, Manufacturing and Sales of Batching plants, Paving machines, Transit mixers, Self-loading mixers, and Concrete pumps, recognized globally for their exceptional Quality and Performance.
The company started manufacturing Material Handling & Storage Systems in 2002 and diversified into Concrete Construction Equipment in 2009. Subsequently it entered into equity partnership with the KYB Corporation of Japan in 2013. In January 2025, Conmat Group of Industries made a significant step towards making India "Atmanirbhar Bharat" in true sense and acquired the shares held by KYB Corporation of Japan, attaining 100% ownership in the company.
Our products have been successfully used in prestigious global projects, including the world's tallest Vrindavan Chandrodaya Temple in Mathura, Maffaru Airport in the Maldives, Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, Nepal's Heritage Dharahara Tower, Surat Diamond Bourse, Statue of Unity, and others. Notably, CHIPL's batching plants set a world record by delivering 6,000 cu. mtr of concrete in 24 hours for the NH-63 development.
Our Journey
1995
Conmat Heavy Industries Pvt Ltd started with small fabrication work.
1997
Started manufacturing of storage systems
2002
Started manufacturing Roller Conveyors, Material Handling Systems, Industrial Automation Conveyors and Assembly Line Conveyors at Makarpura.
2006
Started manufacturing Concrete Paving Machines.
2007
Pvt. Ltd. Company incorporated.
2025
Conmat Group acquired shares of KYB Corporation attaining 100% ownership in the company.
2020
Started manufacturing Concrete Self-Loading Mixer.
2013
Formed Equity Partnership with KYB of Japan.
2009
Started manufacturing Concrete Batching Plants at Por Factory.
