In terms of mixing speed too, Conmat Batching plants are unmatched as they are capable of achieving 85% of the maximum mix quality i.e., high compressive strength, constant slump etc., in 15 seconds flat, while 95% homogeneity is achieved in just another 15 seconds.

This mixing quality gets enhanced as all the particles achieve three dimensional motions due to the apt placement of mixing arms that create a higher degree of turbulence in the mixture. Again inherent design of the mixer reduces wear of the tiles as compared to pan & planetary mixers as only 30% of the tiles are subjected to wear. High quality of wear tiles also ensures longer life.
